Description
Fractionated Coconut Oil is the same as virgin coconut oil, except it has undergone a steam-distillation process to remove the long-chain fatty acid that makes it solid at room temperature. Fractionated coconut oil is liquid even when refrigerated, making it useful in recipes where a consistent texture is desired, such as massage oils or lotions. It is odorless, tasteless, colourless, with a low viscosity. It absorbs at a medium rate, and extremely smooth to the touch. Fantastic lubricating qualities, and an ideal moisturizer in high-humidity environments. In soaps, fractionated coconut oil contributes an incredible bubbly lather.

Shelf life: Long shelf life. Very stable oil.
Storage: Always keep tightly sealed in a cool, dark place. (Refrigeration is recommended where possible). Heat, oxygen, and light degrade the product. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Can use at full strength (undiluted).
